The Education Foundation of Indian River County.
The Education Foundation of Indian River County (EF-IRC) is a non-profit organization that funds school programs and services that support opportunities for students to achieve academic success Pre-K through 12th grades. During the 2017-2018 school year the EF-IRC infused over $600,000 in program services and awarded over one million dollars in college scholarships and academic awards at the Indian River Regional Science & Engineering Fair.
A portion of the remaining proceeds support our “Have Piano Will Duel” summer concert series at Unity Center of Vero Beach which encourages local music students interested in Jazz through workshops and live performances. Unity focuses on making a positive difference through personal example and active service in the community. Unity creates an environment that fosters positive self-image, personal responsibility, and unconditional love and acceptance. Unity Center, located at 950 43rd Ave, is a non-profit (501 (C)(3) tax exempt church: FEI 591727454.
